It is December 3rd, even though is is very warm outside, and I am nowhere near ready to go! Today I booked the hostel and train ticket for Paris, tomorrow I am going to the doctor to get my shots and medication and Wednesday I will be spending most of the day in the city for a rushed visa.
Besides that, I have to buy all the stuff for my trip, pack, plan a children's Christmas party, keep working and ace all of my finals and write all of my final papers. I wouldn't mind if someone came by with a coffee or a red bull once in a while...
For someone who was planning to be so well organized, even starting this blog super early, I'm doing everything at the last minute. It takes me back to my trip to South Africa, when my mom and Amanda packed my bag while I was at work the night before I left. Underprepared would likely be an understatement for that mess.
Sadly, I am not sure about whether or not I will be bringing my computer, as I am afraid to lose it. I have been denied permission to bring my mother's iPad and though I am bringing my iPhone, I won't be able to upload my pictures from my camera onto the blog until I get back.
UGH! What a mess!! But, as things usually do, it will aaaall work out!
